Impossibile prelevare

Dopo che ho avviato il prelievo, l'hanno immediatamente detratto dal conto MT5 e mi hanno chiesto di pagare il 20% di tasse. Inoltre hanno affermato che il mio deposito era di circa 60k in più rispetto al profitto reale. Ho chiesto loro di detrarlo e trasferire il resto, la risposta è stata che non possono detrarlo. In seguito ho chiesto loro di cancellarlo, la risposta è stata la stessa: non possono. Di sicuro è una truffa

Unable to Withdraw

After I initiated withdrawal they immediately deducted it from MT5 account and asked me to pay 20% tax. Also they claimed my deposit was approximately 60k more than real profit.I asked them to deduct it and transfer the rest, response was they can't deduct it. I Later I asked them to cancel it, answer was the same: they can't.it is scam for sure
