Impossibile prelevare

Ho già sollevato non sono in grado di dare informazioni complete, dopo aver pagato la tassa anche a me hanno chiesto di pagare 250 dollari in quanto ho prelevato 2500 dollari, dopo aver pagato la tassa hanno detto che qualche robot ha rilevato lo spostamento degli ordini che mi hanno chiesto di pagare 500 dollari ma inizialmente, sono riluttante a pagare hanno detto che se non pagare 500 il prelievo non può avvenire e hanno detto che 500 dollari sono rimborsabili, ho chiesto dopo il pagamento entro quante ore riceverò i soldi che ho chiesto hanno detto in 2 a 3 ore dopo dopo 2 ore ha detto che ci vorranno dai 2 ai 3 giorni dopo 3 giorni ha detto che la manutenzione del sistema sta avvenendo ci vorranno dai 10 ai 15 giorni ora è quasi un mese che ancora non ho ricevuto per favore aiutami a riavere i miei soldi.
