incapace di ritirare

All'inizio il mio amico mi ha parlato diOctaFX quella volta avevo i soldi da investire quindi mi sono registrato e depositato e ho fatto trading con loro dopo aver ottenuto l'esatto importo che volevo, procedo al prelievo ma continua a dirmi che l'hanno inviato ma non ho ricevuto nulla sul mio conto.

At first my friend told me about octafx that time I had the money to invest so I registered and deposited and trade with them after gaining the exact amount I wanted, I proceed to withdraw but it keeps telling me they have sent it but I didn't receive anything in my account.
