Non sono riuscito a ritirare le mie monete

Dopo aver effettuato il pagamento, mi hanno inviato le monete che avevo richiesto ma le monete non possono essere ritirate, ho provato tutto quello che potevo ma senza risultato, ho chiamato il loro servizio clienti ma non rispondevano, odio questa piattaforma. Sono la piattaforma peggiore che abbia mai incontrato.

After making payment, they sent me the coins I requested for but the coins can't be withdrawn, I tried everything I could but to no avail, I called their customer service but they were not responding, I hate this platform. They are the worst platform I have ever met.
