È questa truffa? Come posso recuperare i miei soldi indietro?

Ho trading su MetaTrader5 (MT5) Quando ho un importo totale di $ 162.000 in più, faccio una richiesta daRifa sito di gala tramite il servizio clienti per prelevare i miei soldi. Dopo aver richiesto di prelevare il mio fondo da MT5, solo il servizio clienti diRifa mi ha detto che non sono il loro membro VIP, quindi non posso prelevare più di $ 100.000 dal mio account. Mi hanno chiesto di pagare il 30% della base del deposito cauzionale sul mio fondo totale nel conto per garantire la transazione. Mi hanno detto che dopo aver pagato il 30% di questo deposito, solo loro possono rilasciare i miei soldi sul mio conto. Ho chiesto loro di annullare la mia richiesta di prelievo di oltre $ 100.000, ma hanno detto che la domanda è stata presentata, non può essere annullata. Non mi hanno mai informato di avere questo tipo di termini e condizioni. Sento come una truffa. Non so se continuerò a mettere i soldi nel conto MT5, riceverò indietro tutti i miei soldi. I have trading at MetaTrader5 (MT5) When I Have total amount of $162,000 plus, I make a request from Rifagala website through the customer service to withdraw my money. After I make a requested to withdraw out my fund from MT5, then only the customer service of Rifa told me that I am not their VIP member, hence I cannot withdraw more than $100,000 from my account. They asked me to pay 30% of the guarantee deposit base on my total fund in the account to secure the transaction. They told me that after I pay 30% of this deposit then only they can release my money to my account. I asked them to cancel my request for withdrawal of more than$100,000 but they said application has been submitted, cannot be cancel. They never informed me got this kind of term & conditions. Feel like a scam. I do not know if I continue put the money into MT5 account, will I get back all my money. Heard that few peoples also face this type of issue.
