Impossibile ritirarsi

Puoi solo depositare, ma non potrai prelevare i tuoi soldi. Ho richiesto il ritiro lo scorso 11 e 14 dicembre 2020, aspetto da un mese ma non li ho ancora ricevuti. Il loro supporto clienti mi ha anche detto prima che il processo di prelievo richiede solo 12 ore, che grande truffa!

Unable to withdraw

You can only deposit, but you won't be able to withdraw your money. I applied for withdrawal last Dec. 11 and 14, 2020, I have been waitin g for a month but I still haven't received them. Their customer support even told me before that withdrawal process only takes 12 hours, what a big scam!
