On December 3, I traded XAU/USD in HFGFX . I couldn’t unlock the position on 4th.There was 4700 RMB in my account, with net value 1200 or so. But the balance became 0 on the 5th morning. The clients manager shirked it on the market fluctuation. Hum, how interesting. How could be the spread expanded for over 20 times. Making complaints yo WikiFX, I want to safeguard my rights. It couldn’t, I will call the police.

2019年12月3日在奥弗国际交易黄金，锁仓，12.4号解仓未果，再锁，账户4700多，净值1200多，12.5号早上醒来账户余额为0，找客户经理，说开盘浮动大，穿仓了，我要了点差浮动表过来一看，呵呵，正常行情下，无任何数据下，浮动了280点，试想下，我ecn账户正常点差在12左右，扩大了20几倍，告我是正常状态，我不同意这个说法，现在投诉，想为自己的不正常损失维权，如果不能得到合理的解决，我将继续选择向各个公众平台曝光，并且报警处理。
