Suspicious commission

Good day. I input 15200 and my money is 101 dollars. But my commision is more than 1000 dollars. what happen.? Same as my 2 other sub ordinates. I attached the screen shot of their commission too. Its very high. Please Bring Back our money. We just started. And its hard earned money.
