Never provided any information on their website of how much money the account needs to reach for taxes payment of 16%. Although I paid everything that was required from me, which is the leverage that I activated and the taxes which is 12k USD to them in BTC, I asked several times. Now they are saying that I need to pay 50% of the withdrawal amount (30k usd) because the bank needs a risk assessment.
