The personnel successfully arrived at Manhattan Place, which is located in the core commercial district of Kowloon Bay, with a prosperous surrounding environment and a very strong commercial atmosphere. A complete panoramic view of the building could be photographed from outside; the building's exterior is brand new, and the overall building condition is very well maintained.

The personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. After completing routine visitor registration, they successfully obtained entry permission and were able to move freely in the building's public areas.

Because the company's internal management requires that visitors without appointments cannot enter the premises, the personnel were unable to enter the company's interior. During this on-site inspection, photographs could be taken of the reception desk and the LOGO at the reception desk; this office space is not a shared office.

Through the reception area, the personnel observed that the company's interior was in normal operation; employees could be seen moving around and working normally, and the overall environment was consistent with its claimed financial business positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker CFSG exists at the above address.
