Je me suis fait arnaquer lors de mes transactions

Je veux dénoncer une personne sur Paxful, Z. Suskeboktuk. Il a pris 65,45 dollars sur mon compte Neteller. J'ai signalé cette affaire à Paxful, mais ils ne m'ont pas aidé à récupérer mon argent, disant qu'ils étaient impuissants. C'est tellement douloureux. J'ai joint une capture d'écran de la transaction et la réponse de Paxful.
