Impossible de retirer des fonds

J'ai demandé un retrait, le système l'a approuvé, mais mon compte Binance n'a pas reçu les fonds. J'ai contacté l'assistant du compte Goccfx, elle a vérifié et m'a dit que mon compte était gelé car le montant du retrait était élevé et qu'il fallait payer des frais de 4200 dollars américains. J'ai payé ces frais, mais le système et l'assistant ne m'ont pas répondu. J'attends toujours le retrait et je n'ai aucune réponse. Que dois-je faire ? S'il vous plaît, aidez-moi à retirer mes fonds. Unable to withdraw

I have applied for my withdrawal and that was successfully approved by the system but I did not get the money on my Binance app account. I requested the Goccfx account assistant, and she checked and said that your account was freezing because your amount was large so you have to pay the fee that was 4200 USD. I paid that fee and now there is no reply from the system and also from the assistant. I have been waiting for my withdrawal but no response from anywhere. what do I do?
