Ils n'approuvent pas mon compte

J'ai déposé de l'argent sur mon compte. Ils n'ont PAS ENTRÉ DE BONUS. Et lorsque je souhaite retirer mon argent sans trader, ils suggèrent que mon compte n'a pas été approuvé. Même si j'ai envoyé tous mes documents depuis 15 jours, il n'y a toujours pas eu d'approbation.
