Impossible de retirer mon argent

J'utilise le courtier tpglobalfx.com pour le trading. depuis la semaine dernière, ils n'approuvent ni ne traitent les retraits des clients indiens. On m'a déjà demandé de retirer un petit montant mais ils n'ont pas envoyé notre argent sur mon compte mt4 n° : 1113906 Identifiant de transaction : TX1ew0934569

from last 1 week they do not approving and processing Indian's customers withdrawals.

I am already requested to small amount withdrawal but they did not sending our money
