J'ai fait quelques petits investissements avec cette entreprise au cours du mois dernier sans problème. Après avoir fait un investissement plus important et tenté de retirer mes gains, ils m'ont dit que je devais payer des frais de retrait de 11 118,47 $ pour recevoir mon argent. Je ne peux pas retirer ce montant de ce qui est transféré, je ne peux pas annuler la demande de retrait, je ne peux pas payer de frais partiels pour une partie de l'argent ou modifier le montant retiré. Mes fonds sont également gelés jusqu'à la fin du transfert.

I’ve made a few small investments with this company over the past month without issue. After I made a larger investment and attempted to withdraw my earnings, they told me that I needed to pay a withdrawal fee of $11,118.47 to receive my money. I can’t have that amount removed from what’s being transferred, can’t cancel the withdrawal request, can’t pay a partial fee for a portion of the money, or change the amount being withdrawn. My funds are also frozen until the transfer is completed.
