Je ne peux pas faire une nouvelle demande de retrait avec ce courtier

J'ai contacté le service client par mail en février pour faire une demande de rétractation. Au début, il y avait une réponse disant qu'elle devait être traitée par le service des retraits, mais après un long moment, il n'y avait pas eu de traitement et je ne pouvais pas répondre aux questions par e-mail. Je ne peux pas faire une nouvelle demande de retrait.
