Essentiellement, il n'est pas possible de leur retirer quoi que ce soit. J'ai l'impression que c'est peut-être arbitraire à mon égard. J'ai proposé de régler le litige en transférant mon capital de pointe (environ 6000 euros) depuis le blocage par un virement SEPA définitif puis en fermant mon compte. Mais bien sûr, ils semblent vraiment incapables de traiter les retraits, à part me proposer de transférer l'argent à moneybookers qui ne traiterait pas les retraits sur mon compte bancaire, mais facturerait des frais.
