Impossible de se retirer

Bonjour, je suis un commerçant et je négocie via bop global limited et je retire une petite quantité à intervalles réguliers. Mais les choses sont après deux retraits. Je leur envoie une demande de retrait et ils m'envoient un accord par e-mail. Une fois l'accord conclu, ils ne peuvent pas continuer. Je n'ai pas compris ce qui ne va pas après cela. Pouvez-vous me préciser Merci Cordialement

Hi I am a trader and I am trading through bop globaal limited .and withdraw small amount in regular interval . But the things is after twowithdrawal .I send them a withdrawal request and the they send me deal via email .after the deal is done they could not proceeds ahead .Icould not understood what is wrong after that .can you make me clear
