Besoin de payer 15% de la taxe à l'avance
Je ne peux pas retirer mon solde sans payer 15% d'impôts à l'avance. Mon compte fiscal dit qu'il n'y a pas un tel accord entre Hong Kong et le Japon. Ils refusent le règlement.

I can’t withdraw my balance without paying 15% of tax in advance. My tax account says that there is not such a agreement between Hong Kong and Japan. They are refusing the settlement.
