frais cachés ???

j'ai investi 200 dollars dans Bitpay pour une certaine paire de stephen son nom d'utilisateur, ils m'ont demandé de payer 200 dollars pour les frais d'inscription, puis il m'a dit qu'il avait profité de 10000 dollars, il m'a demandé de payer 300 dollars pour les frais de retrait, après cela il m'a demandé à nouveau de payer 300 pour les frais de réflexion, pourquoi y a-t-il tant de frais cachés? N'est-il pas un escroc?

i invested 200 dollars in Bitpay to a certain stephen pair his user name ,they asked me to pay 200 dollars for registration fee,then he told me that it profited 10000 dollars,he asked me to pay 300 dollars for withdrawal fee,after that he asked me again to pay 300 for the reflection fee,why are there so many hidden fees?aren’t he a scammer?
