Retrait non reçu

J'ai effectué un retrait de 2 800 $ le mois dernier le 24 juillet 2020. Jusqu'au 29 août 2020, ma banque aux Philippines n'a pas reçu l'argent. J'ai essayé de contacter le responsable qui m'était assigné mais elle n'a pas accepté mes appels. J'ai essayé le portail de chat mais tout ce qu'on m'a dit, c'est de contacter mon responsable. Je ne sais pas trop comment procéder.

Withdrawal not Received

I made a withdrawal of $2,800 last month July 24,2020. Up to this time Aug 29,2020, my bank in the Philippines has not received the money. I tried contacting the manager assigned to me but she would not take my calls. I tried the chat portal but all I was told is to contact my manager. I am not sure how to proceed.
