To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex brokers in the region, we traveled to Hong Kong, China for an on-site visit.

Process

This visit, as planned, went to Hong Kong, China to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Floki. According to public information, its office address is ROOM 1207 12/F Block A, FOCAL INDUSTRIAL CENTRE, 21 MAN LOK ST, HUNG HOM, KL HK.

A professional and experienced inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China according to meticulous planning. They conducted an on-site verification of broker Floki, which claims to be located at ROOM 1207 12/F Block A, FOCAL INDUSTRIAL CENTRE, 21 MAN LOK ST, HUNG HOM, KL HK.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the Focal Industrial Centre building. The location is in an industrial cluster area on Man Lok Street, Hung Hom, surrounded mostly by industrial and commercial buildings; the overall environment is quiet, and the daily commercial atmosphere is average.

After repeatedly inspecting the exterior of the building, no signage or promotional information related to broker Floki was found.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby, explained their purpose to the security guard, and after a brief communication and registration, successfully obtained permission to enter the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 12th floor, the inspection personnel walked through all office areas on the 12th floor of Block A and found no obvious signage for Floki's office area. Throughout the process, they found no traces indicating that Room 1207 belonged to the broker, could not enter the corresponding room, and had no possibility of photographing the reception desk or the reception desk LOGO. The premises are also not a shared office.

Because it was impossible to enter the closed Room 1207, the layout, decoration style, and personnel activity inside the room could not be seen at all, and the overall scene completely did not match the positioning claimed by the broker of setting up an office here. After the inspection, it was confirmed that there were no business traces of broker Floki at this address. After asking the security guard, they also received the reply that this company had never been in the building, and judged that the address was a false registered address.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Floki does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Floki. At the publicly displayed business address, they could not see any relevant information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have actual business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
