Quiero retirar fondos de Phemexpro, pero el servicio al cliente me dijo que mi cuenta está actualmente congelada, por lo que no puedo retirar fondos. Si quiero descongelar mi cuenta para retirar fondos, debo pagar 25388 8 dólares. ¿Es un problema de su sistema, pero debo pagar la tarifa de reparación? Creo que es su problema, no el del cliente.
