He solicitado un retiro, el sistema lo ha aprobado, pero mi cuenta de Binance no ha recibido los fondos. Me puse en contacto con el asistente de la cuenta de Goccfx y ella verificó que mi cuenta ha sido congelada debido a que la cantidad de retiro es grande, por lo que se requiere el pago de una tarifa de 4200 dólares. Ya he pagado esa tarifa, pero tanto el sistema como el asistente no han respondido. He estado esperando el retiro sin recibir ninguna respuesta. ¿Qué debo hacer? Por favor, ayúdenme con el retiro. Unable to withdraw

I have applied for my withdrawal and that was successfully approved by the system but I did not get the money on my Binance app account. I requested the Goccfx account assistant, and she checked and said that your account was freezing because your amount was large so you have to pay the fee that was 4200 USD. I paid that fee and now there is no reply from the system and also from the assistant. I have been waiting for my withdrawal but no response from anywhere. what do I do?
