CHARTERset limits on the login of customers’ accounts. Be cautious to such a platform.
My account was banned.
CHARTER banned clients’ accounts, both PC and mobile sides. Even the client area was disabled. The system showed that the account was abnormal. Stay away.
Ridiculous withdrawal rate
There was also a severe slippage with the platform. I deposited 35000, while the withdrawal rate was ridiculous.

There was a severe slippage on XAU/USD. The system will also be stuck when there is a fluctuating market. It couldn’t be the problem of network since I use 500MB optical fiber. Take heed on it.
Induced scam by CHARTER
My account has become forced liquidation twice. When customer service knew I haven’t fund any more, they will removed me off the group. After my position was locked, there was only $1000 or so left. After the ridiculous forced liquidation, I even owed the platform several hundred bucks. The platform, pro-claimed to be regulated by New Zealand regulation, actually is an illegal platform.
Because of severe slippage, the platform stopped loss without reaching the price set.

I couldn’t close my position when making profits because of the gap.
1.Sometimes I couldn’t close the position. But the platform refused to compensate since I hadn’t a video evidence. 2. In addition to data fluctuation, the rate sometime was adjusted from 100% into 50%, leading to forced liquidation. P.s: I couldn’t upload video into my post.
There was a 100-pip spread and network disconnection with the problem
1.The sudden 100-increased spread led to forced liquidation 2. Unstable server. Even I use the 4G network, I couldn’t connect the server. The platform keeps shirking on the network.

The withdrawal applied on December 30th hasn’t been received yet on January 6th. It’s a rip-off.

Severe stuck during 23:30 to 23:47 on November 30
There was a severe stuck about 20 minutes with the platform.
CHARTER’s server problem made my position liquidated. My balance reduced to -$2259.
CHARTER’s server crashed on October 3th that night. Back then I had $2700 in my account. It crashed and I can’t close my position. After half an hour, my position was liquidated and my balance turned to negative. I emailed the service, but they gave me no satisfying response. Severe Slippage
The explanation of the customer manager made me speechless. Such a severe slippage just ended up with nothing definite.
Trade failed when stop-loss order triggered with great slippages
It hit the stop when the market opened, but the trade didn’t be made until four minutes late, with a slippage of 17 dollars. It has happened before. The employees called it a technological issue. That is disappointed.
More than 100 pips slippage. Platform kept silence.
In June 25th 2019, the spread of A50 had a more than 100 pips slippage higher. Later I searched many data from websites like FXCM, Forex.com, Eastmony Futures, MAS, FX678 and FXDD, which all show a 5-8 pips slippage. I’ve talked with the platform for many times, but they gave me no reasonable explanation. Every time they find themselves new excuses and blocked my email at last. This is irresponsible.
