我的帐户被禁用

我的账户和邮箱分别是8365775和ambhorehariprasad@gmail.com。我的V5 外汇账户现在自动禁用了，只有在网页版可以用，但是我现在在V5 这个平台不能做任何事。我已向技术部门提供一切必要的文件来解决完全的这个问题，但我的账户仍然是禁用的。我的账户里总共有213USDT，我申请出金了75USDT，但是还没到账，然后剩下的138USDT也由于账户被禁用了而无法使用。
