Unable to withdraw

Hi, I am reaching out as I have not gotten any resolution from the broker regarding returning my capital. My account was flagged for having multiple account due to using the same bank account for withdrawal. I thought that this was unfair because me and my siblings registered for this broker. We each submitted valid IDs during registration. They just happened to not have bank accounts at the time and decided to use mine for withdrawal. The broker has frozen all of our accounts and did not return our capital. Please help us out
