交易商不准提款

我正在创建提款请求EnclaveFX从2023 年2 月27 日起，交易商没有回答我的任何请求。我几乎每天都试图通过客户端门户中的实时聊天、whatsapp、电子邮件和票务请求与他们联系，但没有得到回复。他们似乎很活跃，每天都在他们的电报频道上发布信号，但在提款方面，他们却保持沉默。我希望我至少能拿回我的押金，但到目前为止他们不接受任何提款。

broker does not approve withdrawals

I was creating a withdrawal request with EnclaveFX on the 27 Feb 2023 and ever since the broker did not answer to any of my requests. I was trying to contact them nearly every day via live chat, WhatsApp, email, and ticket requests in the client portal but had no reply. They seem to be active and posting signals every day on their Telegram channel but when it comes to withdrawals they are going silent. I hope I will get at least my deposit back but so far they don`t accept any withdrawals.
