withdrawal pending for more than 14 days

Hello Sir/Mam

please be informed that my 3 withdrawal is pending since long and everytime I am getting the response is you request in queue.

Also they are capping to withdrawal only 100$ per week which is also on hold for last 02 weeks.
03 request also sent to TP team...but they don't bother to complete the same.
Neither they confirmed when everything got streamlined and also failed to think whether my account is safe with this broker

I have two accounts with them
MT5-204050
MT4-1007678

Please help in this regard asap.
