Scammed, no withdrawal

I had request to withdraw $1450, they had sent a email to say that I need to add that same amount in order to withdraw, as they see I'm maybe doing money lountering. Until now my funds are frozen and I'm not able to withdraw, I had taken my rent money and invested to increase my Investment but when I needed that money nothing came back.
