After the transaction with the platform OTC merchant, the bank card was frozen. Then, I contacted the customer service and they told me to wait. It has been the ninth day. Now the bank card funds are at risk of being deducted. Contact customer service again and they let me solve it by myself. At the time of the transaction, the merchant promised to pay me if there was a problem with the funds, but now the exchange said that the merchant could not be contacted.
