Auto change plan and not allow to withdraw USDT

Dear Team,
my id is rajeshwar.prasad@hotmail.com and my MT4 id is 4404846, I am not able to withdraw my usdt from server. They are not replying on mail also my total amount is 1680 usdt. But I tried withdraw 1000 usdt only , but it was rejected without any reason. This company is scamming me and other people also. Please help me to take back my 1680 usdt back.
