无法拿回我的初始资金

由于系统升级，确认违规，为了缓解这种情况介绍了大师C，我无法进行任何转账..提款..交易或任何由于这些借口，但我作为一个普通人，我想把这些都放到一遍并获得退款我不再对平台感兴趣，而是将其留给从中受益的人。我所需要的只是我的退款，因为我根本没有享受任何利润，所以我可以把利润留给公司。但无论如何我真的需要我的钱，请帮助我。

unable to get refunded for my initial capital

Due to system upgrades, confirmed breaches, introduction of master C, to mitigate the circumstances I have not been able to do any transfers..withdraws..tradings or whatsoever due to these excuses but me as a person in general I want to put all this a side and get refunded I am not interested in being on the platform anymore but rather leave it for whoever is benefiting in it.
all I need is my money refund I can leave the profits for the company since I haven't enjoyed any at all.
but I really need my money regardless,, please help me on this.
