无法提款，我的账户被封锁

我自2021年12月起开始在RUI WIN CAPITAL交易，经过多次交易，我与平台确认提取资金。但平台表示，提款前需向平台缴纳15%的税款，税款完成后立即办理提款。我交了税又要求提款，然后他们说我之前的38万美元是别人收的，所以我要额外支付38万美元的30%作为押金，需要在平台系统停留一周，然后返回我的账户。我把所谓的质押押金转了又要求提现，先是说提现需要1-7天，后来问了好几遍，因为高峰期，改要等1-3个月提现。同时，他们要求我支付我资金的2％成为vip，vip会员可以24小时收到提款资金。我试图与他们谈判，他们只是无视我的信息。他们封锁了我的帐户 4 天

Unable to withdraw and my account was blocked

I started to trade with RUI WIN CAPITAL since Dec, 2021. After several trades, I confirmed with platform to withdraw the fund. But the platform said that 15% tax should be paid to the platform before withdrawal of the fund and after tax was completed, withdraw will be processed right away. I paid tax and asked to withdraw again, then they said that my previous sum of 380K U.S dollars was to be charged by someone else, so I have to pay additional dollars which is 30% of 380K U.S as a pledge deposit, and it needs to stay in the platform system for a week and then return to my account. I transferred the so-called pledge deposit and asked for withdraw again, first they said the fund withdrawal need 1-7 days, after several inquiries, they changed that I need to wait for 1-3 month for fund withdrawal because of peak time. At the same time, they asked me to pay 2% of my fund to become VIP and VIP member can receive the withdrawal fund with 24 hours. I tried to negotiate with them, and they just ignore my message. They blocked my account for 4 days
