I want octafx to look in to the aspect of withdraw

at first my friend told me about octa fx that time I had the money to invest so I registered and deposited and traded with them after gaining the exact amount I wanted I proceed for withdrawal but the kept telling me they have sent it but I didn't see any thing in my account balance
