在我投入资金 R3000.00后，我将价值R3000的BTC发送给了Firmakets，但他们要求我支付OCC费用，即从USD到ZAR的货币换算，我必须支付R12500。他们说我的利润处于待处理流程中，如果要提现我的利润，我必须支付OCC费用

after I put a capital to my luno acc. R3000.00 i sent my BTC worth R3000 to firmakets and yet they asked me to pay an OCC fee referred as a converter of a currency from USD TO ZAR and I have to pay R12 500. they said my profit is at a pending process for them to realised my profit I have to pay for OCC fee
