我要求从MT4帐户向TransferWise的无限制帐户转账。由于TFXI在TransferWise上也有无限制帐户，因此两者之间转账不会产生任何中间费用。但是，TriumphFX还是收了我25美元的手续费，当我和他们理论时，然后客服就关闭了和我的聊天窗口不再回复我。

Not transparent with withdrawal charges
I requested for capital withdrawal from my MT4 account to my borderless account at TransferWise. Since TFXI also has borderless account with TransferWise, borderless to borderless account transaction should not incurred any interbank charges. However, USD25 was still charged to my withdrawal amount on the pretext it’s for interbank charges, which as I explained is not true. When I argued further on this point, the support team just closed my ticket and said can’t helped me further.
