Got Negative Balance of $1300 in a second

We are 28 in a group of traders of V5 here in Bulacan, Philippines and we all experienced a lost on our account in just a second. We got a signal, and we trade on the same time as the signal provided to us. Right after opening the position with the amount and margin of $130 it automatically closes even the graph is not moving. It happen for a second only and the page refreshes by itself with a negative balance of $1300. Pls see picture attached below. I have tried a self trade before on other platform as well for few hours waiting to have a postive balance and I never experienced losing all the money on my account! V5 Platform do have a problem on your system! Your customer service always say that it is before I have alow margin and a high trade?! How ? What is the use of setting an amount and margin before trading! Your platform sucks! Return my fund! Our Fund! This is not right! Your system is new in the business and your not playing fair!
