Estou enfrentando um problema grave com a Doo Prime. Tenho um saldo de $904,50 em meu Carteira (ID: 78****), e meu KYC/Verificação está totalmente APROVADO. Contudo, sempre que tento retirar meu dinheiro, recebo o erro: "Esta operação não é permitida.\" Estive contatando o suporte ao vivo por mais de um mês, e eles continuam me dando a mesma resposta padrão sobre uma \"revisão da Equipe de Risco e Trading". Solicitei que meu Gerente de Conta Chamada me várias vezes, mas foi completamente ignorado. Passaram 30 dias, o que é inaceitável para um Corretora regulado. Estou publicando esta exposição para alertar outros e exigir meu dinheiro imediatamente. Se não resolvido, escalonarei este caso para a FSA das Seychelles.

I am facing a serious issue with Doo Prime. I have a balance of $904.50 in my wallet (ID: 78****), and my KYC/Verification is fully APPROVED. However, whenever I try to withdraw my funds, I get the error: "This operation is not allowed." I have been contacting live support for over a month, and they keep giving me the same template reply about a "Risk and Trading Team review." I have requested my Account Manager to call me multiple times, but I have been completely ignored. It has been 30 days, which is unacceptable for a regulated broker. I am posting this exposure to warn others and to demand my funds immediately. If not resolved, I will escalate this to the Seychelles FSA.
