MT4 de repente parou de funcionar hoje

Ontem minha conta MT4 estava funcionando sem problemas, mas hoje não consigo negociar e tentei muitos métodos técnicos possíveis, como reinstalar os aplicativos, reiniciar meu roteador, mas nenhum deles funcionou. Quando vou ao chat ao vivo e peço para fazer um saque, ele diz que você não pode retirar devido ao servidor inativo e eles me pedem para mudar a plataforma para MT5. Todo o meu saldo em MT4 e eles não me permitem sacar o dinheiro e como diabos eu quero negociar?

MT4 suddenly stop working today

Yesterday my MT4 account was running smoothly but today im unable to trade and i've tried many possible technical method such as reinstall the apps, restart my router but none of these work. When i goto live chat and ask to make a withdrawal it says you cant withdrawal due to server down and they ask me to change the platform to MT5. All of my balance in MT4 and they doesnt allow me to withdraw the money and how the heck i want to trade?
