INÍCIO DE NÃO PODE RETIRAR E AGORA A CONTA NÃO PODE SER ABERTA

não pude retirar minha retirada desde o final de sexta-feira, 30 de dezembro de 2022, tentei algumas maneiras, conforme sugerido pelo atendimento ao cliente da FBS mas ainda não recebi meu dinheiro e ele voltou para a conta. a última vez que tentei sacar foi em 10 de fevereiro de 2023, mas ainda não consegui. em 2 de março de 2023, quero tentar retirar novamente, mas não conseguimos fazer login no site deles e ele mostrou que 'usuário não encontrado'. por favor me ajude, eu tenho $ 50.000 em meu FBS conta. aqui está a prova do meu saldo mais recente no meu FBS conta do meta trader 4. felizmente, ainda posso abrir o metatrader e ter essa evidência. até agora não há confirmação ou resposta dos serviços ao cliente de FBS . Tentei enviar e-mails e conversar em seus sites antes que minha conta não pudesse ser aberta. hoje segunda-feira dia 6 de março de 2023 tentei logar novamente mas ainda não consigo abrir e também já tentei recuperar a senha através do nosso e-mail que cadastrou em FBS mas há um erro/bug em 'repetir nova senha', então ainda não consegui recuperar nossa FBS conta agora.

START FROM CAN NOT WITHDRAW AND NOW ACCOUNT CAN NOT BE OPEN

I could not have my withdrawal since the end of Friday 30th December 2022, I have tried a few ways as what has been suggested by the customer services of FBS but I still did not get my money and it came back to the account. The last time I tried to withdraw is in 10th February 2023 but still failed. On 2 March 2023, I want to try to withdraw again but we could not log in to their website and it showed that 'user not found'. Please help, I have $50,000 in my FBS account. Here is the proof of my latest balance in my FBS account from Meta Trader 4. Fortunately, I can still open the MetaTrader and have this evidence. Until now there is no confirmation or response from the customer services of FBS. I have tried to send emails and chat on their websites before my account can not be opened. Today Monday 6th Mar 2023 I tried to log in again but still can not open it and I also already tried to recover the password through our email that registered in FBS but there is an error/bug in the 'repeat new password' so I still could not recover our FBS account now.
