faz mais de 1 mês que IPCAPITAL ficou em silêncio sobre meu dinheiro, solicitei uma retirada de US $ 150, mas falhou e o dinheiro não foi devolvido à minha conta, o saldo de US $ 850, pois meu saldo comercial também está intocável. por favor, quero retirar todo o meu dinheiro do IPCAPITAL mas não estou conseguindo como proceder

it's been over 1 month that IPCapital has been silent about my money, I requested a withdrawal of $150 but it failed and the money was not returned in to my account, the $850 balance as my trading balance is laying untouchable as well.
please I want to withdraw my entire money from the IPCapital but I'm not getting how to go about it
