Process

The visit team for this issue went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker ZION. According to publicly available information, its office address is FLAT B5,2/F., MANNING IND.BUILDING, 116-118 HOW MING STREET, KWUN TONG, KL HK.

A professional and experienced visit team, with a sense of mission to strictly check for investors, went to Hong Kong, China according to a careful plan, and conducted an on-site verification of the trader ZION claiming to be located at FLAT B5,2/F., MANNING IND.BUILDING, 116-118 HOW MING STREET, KWUN TONG, KL HK.

The visitors successfully arrived at Manning Industrial Building, which is located in the core industrial and commercial cluster of Kwun Tong. There is no relevant company signage information on the surrounding streets, and the overall street view is dominated by industrial buildings and supporting shops. Outside the building, no company signage or related promotional information with the words ZION was found. The team filmed a panoramic view of the building for record.

The visitors entered the lobby on the first floor of the building, stated their purpose to the security guard, completed visitor registration, and successfully obtained permission to enter the building. During the visit, they carefully checked all floor directory signs in the lobby area and did not find any company entry marked with the name ZION.

After arriving at the target 2nd floor, the visitors checked all office unit signs on that floor one by one, confirming that the actual occupant of Unit B5 is not ZION. Throughout the process, no office area signs belonging to the trader were found. Since the unit is an independent closed office space, it was impossible to enter and inspect the interior. No reception desk or reception desk logo was photographed throughout the process, and the office area is not a shared office.

The visitors asked the building security guard whether the company ZION had moved in. The security guard clearly stated that there has never been a company with that name in the building, nor any related enterprise operating here. Throughout the process, it was impossible to observe the internal environment of the so-called ZION company, which completely does not match its claimed positioning of having an operating location here.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the trader ZION does not exist at the above publicly marked address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited forex broker ZION in Hong Kong, China as planned for an on-site visit. At the business address publicly displayed by the broker, they could not see any relevant information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to verify information from multiple sources and make their choices prudently.
