As of 6 October 2026, I have not received my USD 660 withdrawal, approved on 23 September at 07:06. FxPro’s transaction history labels it “Offline” and shows GBP 496.28 deducted from my Wallet, converted at 1.329890 to USD 660.
Three later withdrawals have arrived. Despite repeated contact, support has not provided the destination, proof of payment or a tracing reference. They say the matter has been escalated and promised an email update today.
I want FxPro to trace the payment, explain where it was sent and resolve the missing funds. I will update this report when I receive an explanation or payment.
