Formal Complaint and Request for Regulatory Guidan

I am writing to formally seek regulatory guidance and assistance regarding a serious dispute with ACY Securities Pty Ltd concerning the withholding of my funds and the loss of access to my trading account. I deposited my own funds into my trading account and conducted all trading activities independently using my personal trading strategy. My trading activity was legitimate, and I generated profits through normal market operations. When I requested the withdrawal of my funds, ACY Securities failed to process my withdrawal request. I subsequently contacted the company's support department on multiple occasions in good faith to resolve the matter directly. Instead of providing a reasonable explanation or resolving my complaint, I lost access to my trading account. I am now unable to log in, review my trading history, verify my account balance, or access any of my account records. This has
