철회할 수 없음

저는 2023년 5월에 이 플랫폼에 $20,000 정도를 투자했습니다. 그런데 회사에 시스템 오류가 발생했다고 해서 이 회사에서 돈을 인출할 수 없습니다. 내가 투자한 돈을 회사에서 내 지갑으로 돌려줄 생각은 없나요? 아니면 이 회사는 아직 정상 영업 중인가요?
