내 계정이 비활성화되었습니다

계정 번호 8365775 이메일 - ambhorehariprasad@gmail.com 내 V5 외환 계정이 이제 자동으로 비활성화됩니다. 거래 웹만 켜져 있지만 V5에서 어떤 활동도 할 수 없습니다. 문제를 해결하기 위해 필요한 모든 문서를 기술 부서에 제공했습니다. 하지만 여전히 내 계정은 비활성화되어 있습니다. 내 계정에 총 213 USDT가 있습니다. 받지 못한 75 USDT와 특정 계정 장애로 인해 사용하지 않은 138 USDT를 인출했습니다.
