our asset is hold and cannot withdraw

almost all the member of batex our asset is hold for 90days they convert our asset in to BTN batex token and the batex said we need to wait for 90days to unable to buy and sell for the btn why they need to hold and covert our asset how we gonna withdraw if we need?and the customer service is not replying to our question!
