I really don’t know if my account was hacked or Elio international took all my funds cause i couldn’t withdraw
I filed a complaint to the customer service system and they suddenly stop replying me. i got a mail from them for me to pay tax fee of 10,000 to enable my withdrawal, who pays tax fee that much. Very manipulative and they do is receive deposit and decline withdraw. I recently retrieved my money back after reading some reviews here.
