초기 자본금을 환불받을 수 없음

시스템 업그레이드, 위반 확인, 마스터 C 도입으로 인해 상황을 완화하기 위해 이체..인출..거래를 할 수 없었습니다. 이러한 핑계로 인해 저는 일반적으로 모든 것을 넣고 싶습니다. 나는 더 이상 플랫폼에 있는 데 관심이 없지만 플랫폼에서 이익을 얻는 사람을 위해 남겨둡니다. 내가 필요한 것은 돈을 환불받는 것뿐입니다. 나는 이익을 전혀 누리지 못했기 때문에 회사를 위해 이익을 남길 수 있습니다. 하지만 나는 정말로 돈이 필요합니다. 이것에 대해 저를 도와주세요.

unable to get refunded for my initial capital

Due to system upgrades, confirmed breaches, introduction of master C, to mitigate the circumstances I have not been able to do any transfers..withdraws..tradings or whatsoever due to these excuses but me as a person in general I want to put all this a side and get refunded I am not interested in being on the platform anymore but rather leave it for whoever is benefiting in it.
all I need is my money refund I can leave the profits for the company since I haven't enjoyed any at all.
but I really need my money regardless,, please help me on this.
